Goloka Farm, Redmond, WA and Black Diamond, WA., provide alternatives to agricultural and dietary practices that support and depend upon the meat and dairy industries’ slaughter of innocent animals, specifically the cow.
We have 30 cows and calves, and growing. To meet the needs of growing herd we purchased an additional land in Black Diamond, Washington.
We have distributed 100 bottles of milk/day on a donation basis to volunteers, conducted five Go-puja sessions and hosted visitors and camp audiences

Importance of Milk
Milk is known for its richness in calcium and thus its importance for your bones. Milk also contains protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fat.
Protein is important to fight diseases, renew cells, build muscles and maintain healthy hair and nails. That is why your diet should provide enough proteins. Milk is an important source of protein, since each glass contains almost 8 grams. The source of carbohydrates in milk is lactose which gives energy to the body.
